Thanks for visiting my personal home page. I am a Senior Lecturer in Geography at the University of Reading, undertaking research in modelling aquatic systems, primarily the movement and growth of toxic cyanobacteria. I am also Senior Tutor in the School of Human and Environmental Science.
My teaching focuses on the environment, including Energy Resources and Water Resources. I also convene field trips to Crete, Barcelona and Holland. I am a keen exponent of the use of technology to support teaching and learning.
I am also an Institutional Reviewer for the Quality Assurance Agency.
I am married with two children.
